Google & Facebook Ads for Home Services

Ads built to book jobs, with a clear view of where every lead came from.

I manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, landscaping and other home service businesses. Your ads, lead tracking and follow-up all work together, so you know what's working and what to cut.

  • 6 years running paid ads
  • 70+ clients across industries
  • $100 to $1M+ monthly budgets

Built for contractors in

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Remodeling
  • Landscaping
  • Fencing
  • Decking
  • Pest Control
  • Windows & Doors
  • Solar
  • Roofing

Most contractors can't answer one simple question.

"Which of my ads actually brought in jobs?" Clicks and impressions don't pay the bills. If you can't see which campaigns, keywords and ads produce real leads, you end up guessing where to spend, and usually overspending.

Services

Everything between the ad and the appointment

Google Ads management

Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max and YouTube, built around high-intent searches like "AC repair near me" or "kitchen remodel." Includes tight geo-targeting, negative keyword control and regular budget pacing.

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Local awareness, lead and retargeting campaigns. A good fit for storm season and seasonal promotions. Ad creative (photos and video) comes from you, or I can bring in a creative partner at an added cost.

Lead tracking

Every form fill and phone call is tagged with its campaign, ad and keyword. Calls are recorded so you can hear lead quality for yourself, not just read a number on a report.

Automated follow-up

Instant text and email replies when a lead comes in, plus reminders so no lead goes cold. Built on GoHighLevel, or connected to the CRM you already use.

Landing pages

Fast, mobile-first pages built to turn clicks into calls and estimate requests, instead of sending paid traffic to a busy homepage.

Plain-English reporting

A live dashboard plus a monthly summary: what you spent, what came in, what it cost per lead, and what I'm changing next.

Past results

Ad spend connected to closed jobs

For accounts where the contractor's sales team logged job outcomes in their CRM, we could trace closed revenue back to Google Ads. Here are three of them, over 12 months.

$488KGoogle Ads spend
$1.54MClosed revenue traced to those ads
$3.16Revenue per $1 spent (combined)

Roofing & siding, Ohio

$4.15 per $1

$129,545 in Google Ads spend, $537,889 in closed revenue

Solar & roofing, California

$3.19 per $1

$217,720 in Google Ads spend, $693,468 in closed revenue

Solar installer

$2.21 per $1

$141,160 in Google Ads spend, $311,921 in closed revenue

Scale: experience includes a 37-location home services company spending up to $180K/month on Google Ads, and multi-location contractors across a dozen states.

Past results from accounts I've worked on. Revenue figures come from each client's CRM, not from estimates. Results depend on your market, budget, offer and how your team follows up with leads. They are not a guarantee of future performance.

How it works

From audit to live campaigns in about two weeks

  1. 1

    Free audit

I review your current ads (or your market, if you're starting fresh), your website and your tracking, then show you where money is leaking.

  2. 2

    Build

Tracking, landing pages, follow-up automations and campaigns are set up. This usually takes 1–2 weeks.

  3. 3

    Launch & manage

Campaigns go live and I watch spend closely: search terms, bids, budgets and lead quality, every week.

  4. 4

    Report & improve

Monthly reviews of what's working, what isn't, and where the next dollar should go.

Beyond home services

Experience across ecommerce and lead gen

Home services are my focus, but I've run accounts in many industries and bring that range to every account.

Ecommerce

Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display and YouTube campaigns managed against ROAS goals. Includes co-managing a national fitness equipment brand spending $1M+ a month on Google Ads.

Local & B2B lead gen

Google Ads for 70+ clients across lead gen and ecommerce, from single-location businesses spending $500 a month to accounts at $100K a month.

Microsoft Ads & more

Bing/Microsoft Advertising to pick up extra search volume at a lower cost, plus Meta campaigns for brands that supply their own creative.

Why Cornerstone

Straightforward, transparent and built around you.

  • You own everything. Ad accounts are in your business's name and billed directly to your card. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
  • You work with me directly. No hand-offs to a junior account manager.
  • Leads you can verify. Call recordings and source data for every lead, so you never have to take my word for it.
  • Specialists when you need them. For photo and video creative or complex automation builds, I can bring in trusted partners at an added cost.

About

Hi, I'm Cyle.

I've spent six years running paid ads for more than 70 clients, on budgets from $100 a month to more than $1 million a month. That includes ecommerce brands, restaurants, professional services and local lead generation. For the last three years I've focused on home services, including landscaping, fencing, decking, siding, solar and roofing.

The pattern I see over and over is that contractors pay for clicks with no idea which ones turned into jobs. I started Cornerstone PPC to fix that for small and mid-size contractors, using the same tracking and follow-up systems I've used on large multi-location accounts.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you guarantee results?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your market, budget, offer, reviews and how quickly your team follows up. What I can promise is careful management, honest reporting and full visibility into where your money goes.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your trade, service area and goals. During the free audit I'll look at search volume and competition in your market and recommend a starting budget that makes sense.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are set up under your business and your card pays Google and Meta directly. My management fee is billed separately.

Do I have to use GoHighLevel?

No. GoHighLevel is the simplest way to get tracking, call recording and automated follow-up in one place, but I can also work with the CRM you already use, such as JobNimbus, AccuLynx or ServiceTitan.

How soon will I see leads?

Google search campaigns often produce leads within the first few weeks after launch. The first 60–90 days are spent learning what works in your market and tightening up costs.

Do you only work with home service businesses?

Home services are my focus, but I've managed ads for ecommerce brands and lead generation businesses of all kinds. See "Beyond home services" above, and reach out to see if it's a fit.

Free ad account audit

Find out where your ad budget is going.

Tell me a bit about your business. I'll review your ads, website and tracking, and send back a short list of what I'd fix first. It's free, with no obligation. I'll reply within a few business days.
